Installation Requirements
Preparing your site in advance is the best way to ensure
trouble-free installation. You should receive a Pre-Installation
Guide after ordering your system. This document will help
you prepare your laboratory before the arrival of the system
you ordered. If you haven't received it or if you have additional
questions, please call our Technical Support Group.
Product Performance
If you need technical help in troubleshooting performance
problems, call our Technical Support Group. Our in-house
product specialists are trained to diagnose and solve specific
problems over the phone. Call them to get replacement parts
for your existing Oxford lasers system.
Preventative Maintenance Contracts
For those industrial applications where one cannot afford
any laser downtime, we offer Preventative Maintenance Contracts.
Oxford Lasers Service Group engineers will inspect the laser
or system, make necessary corrections and offer advice to
keep the equipment running at optimum performance to prevent
any delays.
Replacement Parts
Your order will be filled promptly, in most cases within
72 hours.
Oxford lasers hold an extensive spares parts inventory of
both consumable and non-consumable parts, both in the UK
and its US office.
Service Repair
Call the Customer Service Department to arrange the shipment
and repair of your system. Have your model number and serial
number handy, as well as a description of the problem. You
will receive a return authorization number, shipping instructions,
and, if requested, an estimate of repair charges and return
date. Please include your return authorization number with
all shipments.
Laser Safety
As a world class leader in the manufacture of high power
lasers for the Scientific, Industrial and OEM markets, it
is our wish to insure that our customers are aware of the
potential hazards associated with the use of lasers. Due
to the unique properties of laser radiation, which are not
present in more traditional light sources, users of lasers
should understand and implement the use of lasers in accordance
with national and international laser safety standards.
